To place an order, customers must provide us with their desired design or request a design from Elite Cards at no additional cost.
For customers who wish to include multiple links on their card, they must create a profile and provide us with their profile URL. For individual links, the customer must provide the exact link.
Elite Cards will not be held responsible for any issues arising from third-party websites linked with the customer’s card.
By default, Elite Cards’ logo will be printed on the card. If a customer wishes to remove it, they must discuss this with us prior to placing their order.
Elite Cards takes full responsibility for our customers’ products while they are with us. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process.
If a customer provides their own design (logo, QR code, etc.) and it is found to be faulty (e.g., QR code not working, low-resolution logo) after printing, Elite Cards will not be held responsible.
It is a requirement for our branding to be visible in the Profile view Page Loader . However, if there is a customer request to remove our branding, please note that we will be unable to provide any further support or assistance from EliteCards.
We take responsibility for products damaged or flawed due to our actions or design errors. However, if the customer provides the design, we cannot guarantee responsibility for any flaws, but we will do our best to assist.
The expected delivery time will be communicated to customers upon order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the number of orders we receive.
